Application:

Through advertisement: Before appearing for a walk-in please read the job description very carefully.



Through word of mouth: Be sure to understand the job description enough to gauge whether your skills are suited for the vacancy or not.



If you think you qualify: Prepare your CV to suit the job description / requirements. A cyclostyled standard format of your resume is not acceptable



Fresher: Use bullet points to highlight all your extra curricular activities and your strengths.



Be prepared for the Interview

Knowledge:

Browse the company s website to know more about the company, their products and services, their latest press releases. Gain as much information on the company as you can.



Please read as much as you can about the Industry, about the company, their competitors.



Custom make your CV to suit the job requirements



Credentials:

All certificates, mark sheets, relieving letters, experience certificates are all neatly placed in a folder as a ready reckoner in chronological order



Handy Information

Contact numbers and names of the Interviewers are kept in a quick reference note in your file.

Incase you are unable to make it for the Interview due to some delay, it would be in good taste to call and inform the Interviewers of the delay and take a fresh appointment for the same.



Health

Make sure you are keeping good health, if you are unwell wherein you may not be able to sit through an interview please do call and inform and take a fresh appointment



Get a good night s sleep





On the D-Day

Arrival

Reach the venue at least 30-45 minutes ahead of time. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get your surroundings right & security checks in place.



Going early will also allow you to be among the first ones to be interviewed, thus avoiding fatigue.



Preliminary rounds

In case of multiple selection rounds please follow the guidelines as suggested by the company staff and follow the pattern. Do not push, shove and scramble for chairs / seats. There will be a place for every one.



Body language

A very essential aspect from start to finish. You have to appear calm, composed, and completely confident about why you are sitting through this Interview process



Do not slouch in the chair or sit with your legs outstretched



Please make sure your overall appearance in terms of dress, hairstyle, and shoes is skewed towards formal wear of your region & compliments the job for which you have applied.



For men suits / blazers may not be necessary but a tie would add a touch of professionalism. Men must be clean shaven or with a neatly trimmed beard / moustache as the case may be.



During the Interview

Listen carefully

Listen to what is being said and asked.

If there is a discussion then make sure you have the right / polite / precise answers. Otherwise refrain from contributing to the discussion. Do not fake information, accept ignorance



When the questions begin to pour, listen carefully to the question and then answer to the point. Answer truthfully. It is always better to accept ignorance than fake knowledge.



When asked to explain about yourself, make sure you talk of your strengths or those 2-3 crucial points (important as perceived by you) as to why you are suited for this job.



Do not get into family history unless asked and even then stick to the point.



Confidence

Do not get fidgety / nervous remember you are not expected to know anything more than what you claim in your CV. General knowledge is only to assess how well read you are. (Refer notes on Be Prepared )



You must take this opportunity to gain utmost clarity on what the company expects of you.



Salary Expectations

Be candid about your expectations particularly if this job would mean relocation for you. As a fresher it would be better not to have expectations!



End of Interview

While exiting from the Interview room, do not turn you re back abruptly to the Interviewer but do shake hands with them & politely query about when you will hear from them next and then exit, while gently closing the door behind.

تخيل أديك عارف مقدما هاتقابل مين وأرقام تليفوناتهم وبرده الايميلات

بتاعتهم لو حد حابب يبعت على الايميلات الموجوده فوق !!!


وعلى فكره فى وظائف تانيه موجوده على الموقع الرهيب ده للى عاوز يقدم فى حاجه

معينه فى البنك !!!!!
